We gladly accept PayPal, personal or business checks, and money orders. If payment is made by check or money order, your shipment will be delayed until the funds are received by us. We are happy to take your order via email or fax with the payment mailed. See our contact information for methods on how to reach us. With PayPal, you will be transferred to PayPal’s site and how your credit/debit/PayPal or checking account is charged and related payment processing methods are at the sole discretion of PayPal.

All orders are shipped within the USA via parcel services (DHL, UPS, FedEx) utilizing tracking numbers.  The guidelines are as follows:  

1. You pick the shipping method while checking out.
2. We only ship to addresses matching the address on file with your payment method, PayPal account or check address.  
3. Orders are only shipped to physical addresses. Orders will not be shipped to PO Boxes.
4. In stock items will normally ship within 2-3 business days.  Delays in processing can occur with holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to post delays on the website.  With pending orders, we will notify you via email.
5. Special orders will ship when fabricated.  You will receive and email with an estimated ship date.
6. Shortages in shipments need to be reported to us within 48 hours.  Please email us.
7. All items ship FOB shipper.  However, if an item is damaged during shipping, we will happily replace it or refund the item’s price.  All we ask is that you ship the damaged item back to us at your expense. 

We can ship to Canada using DHL or FedEx International.  We’ve had good results with FedEx at reasonable rates.  We prefer not to use USPS as there is no tracking ability.  Please contact us via email for orders to Canada.   For any order shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all duties, taxes or other expenses related to importing the merchandize.

Items come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not happy, you can return the item(s) for a refund or replacement. You are responsible for costs incurred to return the item(s).  Please email us prior to returning any items.

Third Parties (“Third Parties”) include ACGP’s Officers, Directors, Employees, Site Contributors, Merchandise Vendors& Suppliers, Agents and Other Partners.
